No job is too big or too small.  At tec4hire I understand that even home users need reliable computer support.  I also understand that it can be a hassle to pack up your computer and bring it in to the shop and have some "kid" talk right over your head about what the likely cause of the problem is.  Then three or four days later you get the joy of doing it all in reverse.  Not here!  I'll come to your home, work on the problem right there where the machine is misbehaving.  If it needs more specialized tools that I don't have with me, I'll take what I need to get the problem solved in my shop and get it returned to you at your convenience; usually within 2 days.  If you want to know what the problem was, I'll explain it to you in terms I feel you'll understand.  I won't use a bunch of meaningless "tech talk" with you, if you understand that kind of language you wouldn't likely be calling me.
